   Young Researcher's Forum
   30th - 31st March 1998.



The Young Researcher's Forum is an annual event, timed to coincide with the start of GISRUK. The Forum is organized and financed through the Regional Research Laboraties Net of thirteeen Universities and sponsorship. This year it will take place at Edinburgh University over two half days and is being organized by William Mackaness (wam@geo.ed.ac.uk), Jane Drummond and Robin Flowedew. The aims of the forum are to:

The numbers attending will be limited to 20. Researchers will be drawn from the 13 RRL.net sites. Researchers may be those embarking on a PhD or undertaking post doctoral work. Programme The Forum will begin at 12.00 on Monday 30 March and end at 2.30 on Tuesday 31 March 1998. It is not yet finalized. The topics we hope to variously cover are:
